1. About these Terms of Sale
1.1 These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply when you purchase any products (“Products”) from JustSaintKid (JSK) through our website https://justsaintkid.com (the “Website”).
By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these Terms. These Terms should be read together with any other specific terms displayed on our Website.
2. Information About Us
2.1 The Website is operated by JustSaintKid (JSK), a company registered in the Republic of Albania, with its principal place of business in Tirana, Albania.

3. Order Acceptance
Your order becomes binding once we confirm acceptance by email.
If you do not receive an order confirmation, your order has not yet been accepted and no contract has been formed.
4. Prices
All prices are set at our discretion and shown on the Website at the time of purchase.
Prices may change at any time before your order is confirmed.
Prices include VAT (if applicable), but exclude delivery and customs fees where relevant.
5. Right to Reject Orders
We reserve the right to reject any order for reasons such as:

the Product being out of stock,

pricing or description errors,

issues with payment or verification, or
-
delivery address restrictions.
If we reject your order, you will be notified promptly and refunded any amounts paid.
6. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. You will own the goods only once full payment is received.
7. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws.
These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the Product price.
JSK has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs authority for details.
8. VAT and Currency
If VAT rates change between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the amount unless you have already paid in full.
All payments and refunds will be processed in the same currency used for your purchase.
9. Delays Outside Our Control
If delivery is delayed by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, transport issues, strikes, natural disasters, or customs delays), we will inform you and do our best to minimize the impact.
We are not responsible for such delays but will always aim to offer a reasonable solution.
10. Product Representation
We aim to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate.
However, minor variations (e.g., in color, material, or packaging) may occur due to screen settings or production changes.
11. Your Right to Cancel (EU/EEA Customers)
11.1 Under EU and Albanian consumer law, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your Product to cancel your order without giving any reason.
11.2 The right to cancel does not apply to:

products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

products sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., hats, underwear);

goods that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
11.3 To exercise your right, contact us at support@justsaintkid.com within 14 days of receiving your Product.
12. Returns and Refunds
12.1 You must return Products (and any free gifts) within 14 days of informing us that you wish to cancel.
Returns must be at your own cost unless otherwise stated on our Website.
12.2 Products must be returned unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage.
12.3 Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of return.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method and currency.
We do not refund premium delivery costs (e.g., express or same-day shipping).
13. International Returns
For orders shipped outside the EU, a small processing fee may apply to cover customs and administrative costs.
This fee will be deducted from your total refund.
14. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, demand, and carrier performance.
During high-demand periods (such as drops or sales), delivery may take longer.

15. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of a Product and it is returned to us, we will deduct any return shipping or customs costs from your refund.
16. Damaged or Defective Products
If your Product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@justsaintkid.com with photos and details.
You have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund as per EU and Albanian consumer protection laws.
17. Changes to Products
We may make minor updates to Products to reflect new regulations or improvements, as long as these do not affect the core characteristics or quality.
18. Withdrawal of Products
We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time. If this affects an order already paid for but not yet fulfilled, we will refund you in full.
19. Commercial Resale Prohibited
JSK Products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
We may refuse or cancel orders we believe are intended for unauthorized resale or commercial distribution.
Unauthorized resale may result in legal action or the removal of listings using JSK trademarks.
20. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or negligence.
We are not liable for:

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

losses due to events outside our control; or

business or commercial losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
21. Personal Data
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Albanian data protection law.

22. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
If you have a concern, please contact our Support Team first at support@justsaintkid.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania and comply with EU consumer protection standards.
Disputes may be brought before the courts of Tirana, Albania, or, if you live in an EU member state, in the courts of your place of residence.
23. Transfer and Enforcement
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization without affecting your rights.
You may only transfer your rights with our written consent.
If any clause is found unlawful, the remaining terms will still apply.
If we delay enforcing these Terms, we may still enforce them later.
