All JSK orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Tirana, Albania.
Domestic deliveries arrive within 1–4 business days, while international orders typically reach their destination within 7–15 business days, depending on customs and regional logistics.
For pre-order items, dispatch will occur on or after the date specified at checkout.
Please note, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by JSK.
If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping costs and any fees incurred during return transit.
International shipments may experience occasional customs-related delays beyond our control.
